Weather Information
Northern Territory weather information:
Please note the seasonal weather is based on the temperatures from the Red Centre of the territory.
Northern areas such as Darwin tend to be split into wet and dry seasons only. May to October is the dry season with temperatures still on the hot side (21 – 32°C).
From November to April, the Wet/Tropical Summer kicks in and the humidity ramps up. During this period typical temperatures are between (25 – 33°C). Humidity is often greater than 80%.

Average costs are based on the cost of a 3-bedroom house where that data is available. If no house price is available, a 3-bedroom unit is used.
Please remember these are not average values, they are median prices. That means it is the middle number in a set of given values.
The areas used are cited as popular areas for Brits on the website https://www.pomsinoz.com/
There was absolutely no scientific approach to the areas selected 🙃
