190 Visa Requirements
General Requirements:
- Be under the age of 45
- Have a valid Skills Assessment
- Have an eligible skilled occupation
- Have at least 65 points
- Have at least competent English
Additional ACT Requirements:
- Two-year commitment – The Australian Capital Territory requires that you live and work in Canberra for at least two years from your visa grant
- The ACT operated the Canberra Matrix system where you have to accumulate the required amount of points to receive a nomination
- Are eligible for a job on the ACT Critical Skills List
