A County Down Under

Update! - A County Down Under has returned to the UK

Caroline from a County Down Under has bought a home in Northern Ireland and is settled in the UK at the moment.

You may still find some of the information below useful, so we've left it in place to help with your migration journey.

We first came across Caroline’s content (A County Down Under) when we saw her recruiting teachers for Australia and New Zealand and started following her immediately.

Her journey to Australia, 7 years as a secondary school teacher in Sydney and her recent move back home to Northern Ireland are all well documented through her Instagram page. She also has a fantastic podcast which covers lots of key information about moving to Australia, inviting guests to speak about their experiences.

Her E-book ‘The Ultimate Guide to Australia’ also looks really useful and is available to buy through her website.

A County Down Under’s content isn’t completely saturated by all things Australia, which can be a positive thing when you are already in an obsessive loop about going down under! Caroline is also a huge advocate for mental health and has some amazing content linked to this; including her trip to Poland with Wim Hoff and her hike up Kilimanjaro to raise vital funds for PIPs suicide prevention charity.
